Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight: Manage and oversee daily operations, including production, logistics, and supply chain activities to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures.
Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and drive decision-making.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
Customer Focus: Ensure operations are aligned with customer needs and expectations to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Technology Integration: Leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and drive innovation within the operations team.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
4-6 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in a senior role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in operational software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
