The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Program (NJFP) is a Federal Government of Nigeria initiative funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented in partnership with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). It seeks to address the unemployment challenge by connecting talented Nigerian graduates with job placement opportunities in host organizations across the country—offering experience, building skills, and preparing the workforce of the future.

The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Program (NJFP) is uniquely positioned to:

Empower professionals by aligning their skills with labor market needs through data-driven talent intelligence, making them competitive in the labor market. Address structural barriers of Employers, drive a coordination mechanism of stakeholders towards a sustainable talent and youth employability ecosystem

Key Features
1. Duration: The fellowship lasts for 12 months, during which participants gain hands-on experience in their chosen fields.
2. Stipend: Fellows receive a monthly allowance of ₦100,000 to support their learning and cover related expenses.
3. Skill Development: The program focuses on building employability, digital, and soft skills, along with mentorship opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the NJFP, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Be a Nigerian citizen.
Be 30 years old or younger.
Have completed a bachelor’s degree or HND and graduated not earlier than 2022.
Hold at least a Second-Class Lower (2.2) for bachelor’s degrees or Upper Credit (> 3.00) for HND holders.
Not currently engaged in any employment.
Have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or possess a certificate of exemption
